We are proud to offer free express worldwide shipping on orders over USD150 (JPY15,000).

*Free shipping is only available when the total purchase amount after discount by Member Points and any coupon used meets the required amount.

We use world-class courier companies like EMS, FedEx, and DHL to ship products.

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver orders to PO boxes and military addresses.

We strive to ship from our warehouse within 2 to 3 business days of receiving an order and it normally takes 2 to 3 days for an order to reach most East Asian countries and North America, and 4 to 7 days for other parts of the world. Please note that the estimated dispatch date for the hemming product is 3-7 days after your order.

You will receive a tracking number in the confirmation email sent at shipment.

We ship on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all customs duties are included in the product price. There may be instances in which additional taxes need to be paid. Any such additional taxes will be calculated according to your specific address and itemized at checkout.

SHIPMENTS TO INDIA

In order to comply with Indian customs regulations, for all shipments into India, we will need the recipient to provide all required KYC (know-your-customer) documents (including Government-issued identification documents and address proof) to customs for clearance.

In particular, please make sure the recipient’s name and delivery address match with the recipient’s details in his/her personal ID during check-out.
