Reward Program Policy


EARN POINTS

Reward points are earned in the following operation:

Purchases — each time you make a purchase on JAPAN BLUE JEANS Official Webstore , you will earn a certain amount of points based on the total purchased amount made on the website. Points will be transferred to your current balance 14 days after the order is shipped. You will be able to get 1 point for every JPY100 spent.


POINTS EXCHANGE RATES

The value of Points is determined by an exchange rate of both currencies spent on products to points, and an exchange rate of points earned to currency for spending on future purchases. 


REDEEM POINTS

You can redeem your points at checkout. If you have accumulated enough points to redeem, you will have the option of using them as one of the payment methods. You will be able to redeem 1 point as a rebate amount of JPY1 on your next purchase. The option to use points, your balance, and the monetary equivalent of this balance will be shown to you in the Payment Method area of the checkout. Redeemable points can be used in conjunction with other payment methods such as credit cards, gift cards, and more.

MANAGE YOUR POINTS

You have the ability to view and manage your points through the Customer Account section. From the Customer Account area, you will be able to view your total available points (and currency equivalent), the minimum points needed to redeem, whether you have reached the maximum points limit and a cumulative history of points acquired, redeemed, and lost. The history record will retain and display historical rates and currency for informational purposes. The history will also show you comprehensive informational messages regarding points, including expiration notifications.

POINTS EXPIRATION

Points can be set to expire. Points will expire in the order form in which they were first earned.


NOTE:

Points can be only used as a store credit in our system. Redeeming cash is not allowed.

You can sign up to receive email notifications each time your balance changes when you either earn, redeem or lose points, as well as point expiration notifications. This option is found in the My Rewards section of the My Account area.


ORDER CANCELLATION / REFUND 

Should an order be canceled or refunded, the points earned through that particular order will be canceled.


IMPORTANT NOTE ON RETURNS OF MONEY (WITH STORE CREDIT)

Our free shipping policy applies to minimum shopping purchases equal to JPY15,000 and above. In the case when a customer returns an item that brings your original order total below the JPY15,000 threshold, free shipping is no longer applicable to that specific order. The original shipping cost of the order will be deducted from the total amount of money being returned. You may avoid this issue by choosing to accept Reward points (store credit) instead of money back when returning. This is something you have to make a choice on when completing the return process.
